- Structural Planning: Collaborate with structural and civil engineers to evaluate load-bearing capacities and ensure the long-term durability of the building.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all blueprints and construction methods align with local zoning laws, building codes, fire regulations, and environmental impact standards.
- Documentation & Bidding: Prepare accurate project estimates, material specifications, and comprehensive contract documents for subcontractors and vendors.
- Site Management & Supervision: Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor progress, guarantee adherence to architectural plans, and quickly resolve any unforeseen construction challenges
- Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of design and drafting tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong spatial awareness and a solid foundation in physics, mathematics, and material science.
- Communication: Ability to negotiate with contractors, present project proposals to stakeholders, and clearly articulate design concepts.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Architectural Engineering, alongside relevant state or regional licensure to practice professionally.
- Experience: 5 years in designing structural drawings for commercial projects and have good expertise working across various commercial and building projects in India.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
