Store Associate / Store Executive – Key Responsibilities
Role: Manage inventory operations and ensure timely availability of materials for F&B outlets at Navi Mumbai International Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue inventory as per approved processes.
- Maintain stock records, GRNs, invoices, and inventory documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
- Conduct stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits.
- Track expiry dates, damaged stock, and slow-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with kitchen, outlet, finance, and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, airport security guidelines, and company SOPs.
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Hospitality, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory operations, preferably in hospitality, airports, hotels, QSRs, or retail.
Required Skills:
- Inventory management and stock control.
- ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- MS Excel proficiency.
- Documentation and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
