Roles:
- Handle direct customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Promote holiday packages, hotel bookings, flight bookings, visa assistance, and customized travel itineraries.
- Upsell additional travel services to maximize revenue.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
- Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking confirmations and travel arrangements.
- Ensure timely delivery of travel documents and customer support.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM with lead status and follow-up details.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
