Online Sales Coordinator: Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Online Sales Coordinator to support our e-commerce and digital sales operations. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our sales team, customers, and digital platforms to ensure smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and optimized online listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process online orders, monitor inventory levels across digital channels, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone regarding product details, shipping updates, and returns.
- Product Listings: Assist in uploading, updating, and optimizing product descriptions, pricing, and images on e-commerce websites and marketplaces.
- Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, flash sales, and special events.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track daily/weekly e-commerce performance, and prepare basic sales reports.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
