* Identify and assess students with learning difficulties, developmental delays, or special educational needs.
* Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student requirements.
* Provide remedial instruction and individualized support to students.
* Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and assessments.
* Maintain student progress records, observation reports, and intervention documentation.
* Conduct regular meetings with parents to discuss student progress and strategies for support.
* Work closely with counsellors, psychologists, and therapists for holistic student development.
* Support behavioural management and social-emotional learning.
* Assist in creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
* Participate in workshops, staff meetings, and professional development programmes.
* Guide teachers on classroom accommodations and differentiated learning practices.
