Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic & Package Designer to join our team in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand and products to life through compelling visual designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for packaging design, and the ability to handle both static graphics and short-form video editing.
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging Design: Create, develop, and refine eye-catching product packaging designs, labels, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
- General Graphic Design: Design high-quality marketing materials, social media creatives, flyers, banners, and promotional layouts.
- Video Editing: Edit engaging short-form videos and reels for social media platforms and promotional use.
- Print Coordination: Ensure all packaging and print designs meet technical layout, color (CMYK), and die-cut specifications before production.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital and print mediums.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Software Expertise: Highly proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
- Video Editing Tools: Hands-on experience with video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Experience: Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design and print-ready artwork.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of bleeding, margins, and die-lines for packaging printing is a major plus.
- Creativity & Speed: Ability to think out of the box while delivering projects within tight deadlines.
