We are hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients for the position of Corporate HR & PMS Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with expertise in HR operations, Performance Management Systems (PMS), talent management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and streamline HR operations across multiple locations.
- Drive KPI/KRA setting, performance appraisals, and PMS implementation.
- Manage employee engagement, learning & development, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee HR analytics, MIS reporting, policy compliance, and HR process improvements.
- Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational development.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in HR Operations, PMS, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
- Strong understanding of performance management, HR policies, employee lifecycle, and HR analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- MBA HR / MSW / PGDM HR preferred.
