We are looking for a smart and responsible Tele Caller to support our Kochi office team
remotely / onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
- Introduce and explain the company’s digital marketing services, including SEO, Social
Media Marketing, Website Development, Google Ads, and Branding solutions.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Scrape and collect leads from online platforms and business directories
- Follow up with interested leads and update lead status regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team and align meetings with potential clients
- Send reminders to the team regarding follow-ups, meetings, and pending tasks
- Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking sheets
- Support the team in appointment scheduling and client communication
- Maintain proper records of calls, responses, and meeting updates
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Handle objections professionally and build positive relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tele calling, tele sales, customer service, or lead generation is
preferred.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to search and collect business leads online
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Good follow-up, coordination, Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Malayalam and English communication preferred
- Must be responsible, punctual, and target-oriented
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
