Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Head with 15+ years of experience in QSR, restaurant, and food industry operations to lead and scale business operations across multiple outlets and business verticals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in:

The candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, improving profitability, building strong teams, and supporting aggressive business growth plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Scale-Up & Expansion
- Lead operational strategies for scaling the business across multiple outlets and regions.
- Manage end-to-end setup and launch of new stores/outlets.
- Develop scalable operational systems and frameworks.
- Standardize SOPs across all business units.
- Support business growth through operational planning and execution.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of all QSR/restaurants/cloud kitchens.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, supply chain, warehouse, and delivery operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity across locations.
- Conduct regular operational audits and performance reviews.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor area managers, restaurant managers, and operational teams.
- Build a performance-driven operational culture.
- Ensure manpower planning, training, succession planning, and team development.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
Financial & Profitability Management
- Drive outlet profitability and business growth.
- Monitor and control food cost, labor cost, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Analyze P&L reports and operational MIS reports.
- Implement strategies to improve sales and operational margins.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and EBITDA targets.
Supply Chain & Inventory Control
- Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams.
- Ensure effective inventory management and stock control systems.
- Reduce stock variance, pilferage, and wastage.
- Manage vendor relationships and supply continuity.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure excellent guest experience across all outlets.
- Handle escalations and critical operational issues effectively.
- Maintain brand standards and service consistency.
- Implement customer feedback improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, safety, and labor laws.
- Maintain food safety and quality standards across all outlets.
- Conduct operational and compliance audits regularly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM is preferred.
Experience Required
- 15+ years of experience in QSR, restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in handling multi-unit operations and scaling businesses
- Experience managing large operational teams and multiple outlets is mandatory
