Job Description for Managerial Position in Product Design & Development
a) Engineer with minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in Design and Development functions from Auto, Tractor or Construction Equipment or Industrial Engine sectors or from TIER I Suppliers to OEM’s and handling internal and external customers hands on.
Preferable if he already holds minimum Dy. Manager’s post.
b) Looking for an all-rounder to handle and be a single window contact for Customers – techno-commercially – from enquiry stage to serial production.
c) Should pick up technical knowledge on our products quickly to be able to effectively handle customer queries issues.
d) Should be willing to travel to customers pan India and need based during D & D cycle and for any issues with customers on product.
e) Should have very effective communication and coordination skills.
f) Should be a good team player – both within our plant and with external customers.
g) Should be hands on with 2D and model making.
h) Mature, stable and long-term player who aspires to grow with the company.
Candidate should preferably have exposure to national and multinational OEM’s on D&D cycle.
i) Should be hands on with ISO 9001 : 2015 & TS standards.
j) If the candidate has skills or is open to learning in Product pricing and commercial discussions, we will welcome and he can handle Business Development also for our company which would mean more avenues for his growth in the company.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
