About This Role:
We are looking for a driven, energetic, and locally connected individual to join our ground team in Punjab. Your job is simple — visit village and small-town private schools in your district, build relationships with principals and school owners, demo our platform, and close deals on the ground.
This is a full field role — you will be on the road every day, visiting schools, meeting decision-makers, and building Micron ERP's presence in rural Punjab. No sitting at a desk. No remote work. Pure ground hustle.
If you know your district well, speak fluent Punjabi, have your own two-wheeler, and love meeting people — this role is for you.
What You Will Do:
School Visits & Relationship Building
Visit 8–12 private schools daily in your assigned district and surrounding villages
Meet school principals, directors, and management committee members
Build trust and long-term relationships with school decision-makers
Represent Micron ERP professionally in every interaction
Product Demo & Deal Closure
Demo the Micron ERP platform on your phone or tablet at the school
Explain the benefits of going digital in simple, clear Punjabi
Handle objections and concerns from principals confidently
Follow up consistently until the deal is closed
Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain a daily log of schools visited, contacts made, and follow-up status
Update CRM with accurate school details after every visit
Share a daily field report with the management team via WhatsApp
Meet a minimum target of 2 schools onboarded per month
Post-Sale Coordination
Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth school setup after closure
Stay in touch with newly signed schools in their first 30 days
Act as the local point of contact for any early queries from school management

Based in Punjab — preferably in or near your target district
Native Punjabi speaker — fluent in local dialect
Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence — mandatory
Minimum 12th pass — graduate preferred
1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, pharma, insurance, microfinance, or agri-input sales preferred
Prior experience visiting villages or rural areas for work is a strong advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
