Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market surveys to track competitor activities and identify opportunities.
- Identify and propose additional offerings that add value for students.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, including schools, junior colleges, and coaching centers.
- Initiate discussions with Heads of Departments (HODs) to organize seminars and other BTL (Below-the-Line) engagement activities.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to expand the offline sales network and drive business growth.
- Engage with students and effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of Virohan programs.
- Interact with parents through house visits to build trust and support student enrollments.
- Collect data from 12th board exam centers to generate leads and attract fresh students.
- Plan and execute canopy and on-ground outreach activities to maximize student engagement.
- Execute marketing campaigns and generate qualified sales leads.
- Manage and coordinate local BTL marketing activities efficiently.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by building and nurturing strong agent relationships and networks.
The Successful Applicant
- Comfortable with field sales and committed to maintaining a strong daily presence in the market.
- Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to build trust and guide prospects without being pushy.
- Able to perform effectively under sales pressure and meet targets.
- Open to feedback and willing to learn from mistakes and challenges.
- Well-presented with prior fieldwork experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently represent the company to diverse audiences.
- Possesses 2–5 years of experience in marketing or outreach sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
