We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage daily e-commerce and quick commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, stock updates, order coordination, platform maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
- Maintain accurate product details, images, pricing, descriptions, and inventory information
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely stock updates across platforms
- Track daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, sales, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment
- Ensure products are live, visible, and correctly categorized on platforms
- Check platform dashboards regularly for listing errors, stock issues, pricing mismatch, and order delays
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, and marketplace activities
- Maintain daily reports for sales, inventory, listings, and order status
- Work on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar portals
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or quick commerce preferred
- Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing, and platform dashboards
- Good MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage daily operational tasks
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple platforms
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
