Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate engagement.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring records.
Desired Profile
- 2–7 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
