Job Title: Service & QC Engineer – LT Panels

Job Summary
Responsible for quality inspection, testing, and after-sales service of LT panels. Ensures panels meet standards before dispatch and supports clients during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
* Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of LT panels
* Check wiring, busbar alignment, tightening, labeling, and layout
* Ensure compliance with standards like IEC / IS standards
Conduct routine tests:
* IR (Insulation Resistance)
* Continuity test
* Functional testing
* Maintain QC reports, checklists, and documentation
Testing & Commissioning
Pre-dispatch inspection (PDI)
Site commissioning of panels
Coordinate with clients for smooth startup
Service & Maintenance
* Attend breakdowns and service calls
* Troubleshoot issues in LT panels
* preventive maintenance support
Handle client complaints and give quick resolution
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare :
* Test reports
* Service reports
* Inspection checklists
Maintain records for audits and reference
Site Coordination
Coordinate with:
Production team
Design engineers
Clients/contractors
Ensure proper installation at site
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:
LT Panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD panels)
Electrical drawings (SLD, GA, wiring diagrams)
Hands-on testing knowledge
Basic troubleshooting skills
Communication & client handling
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Experience
2–5 years (LT panel manufacturing or service preferred)
Other Requirements
Ready to travel for site work
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,001.00 per month
