Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our retail outlet team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience, providing expert product advice, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits (training will be provided).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about products, prices, offers, and new arrivals.
- Handle billing, basic invoicing, and payment collection (training provided if required).
- Organize and maintain store displays, stock, and cleanliness.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests politely.
- Support inventory checking and stock replenishment.
- Assist in promotional activities and visual merchandising when needed.
- Report daily sales and customer feedback to the manager.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (any field)
- Experience: 0–3 years in Retail / Customer Service / Tools Industry preferred (freshers welcome with good attitude)
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Local Language)
- Basic computer knowledge (Billing software/Tally/E-commerce basics is a plus)
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work in a team and handle minor pressure during peak hours
