About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, and automation framework development to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents.
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and System Testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Execute automation test suites and analyze results.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
- Conduct API Testing and Database Testing to validate backend functionality.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure software quality standards are maintained throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹231,466.99 - ₹500,946.80 per year
