About the Role: We are looking for a responsible and organized CRM Manager to manage day-to-day order coordination and operations. The role involves coordinating with vendors, distributors, warehouse teams, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely payment collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete order cycle from order confirmation to payment collection.
- Coordinate with distributors, transporters, and logistics partners.
- Track orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal teams for documentation, and order processing.
- Maintain order records, Excel trackers, and daily MIS.
- Ensure smooth coordination across teams and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Key Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in CRM or coordination roles.
- Prior experience in an FMCG, wholesale, or distribution business preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar tools.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
