Qualification:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Patient Relations
- Experience in the healthcare industry or knowledge of health insurance processes will be an added advantage
Language Proficiency:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries and appointment coordination
- Provide exceptional patient support and ensure a positive patient experience
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments
- Address patient concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up communications
Key Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
