As a Product Manager at Checkmate, you will own the end-to-end process of conceiving and delivering impactful solutions for our customers. You will join a dynamic product team and translate user needs into detailed specifications that align with the overall product vision.
Product Strategy & Leadership:
- Help define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

Conduct thorough market research, Customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.

Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and help develop a product roadmap that balances short-term goals with long-term vision.
Product Development & Execution:
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for assigned features, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.

Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for the customer within the organization.
- Effectively present product updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.

3-5 years of experience in software product management or technology/engineering roles.

Proven track record in product management, with experience launching successful products.

Demonstrated ability and commitment to leveraging AI tools to perform job duties; this is a requirement for every team member. • Experience working in an agile environment.
