About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Operations KAM (Hindi) to support our partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for onboarding partners, training them, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in operations, partner management, and data analysis in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to partners for onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Guide partners regarding app usage, earning opportunities, and platform features.
- Handle partner concerns related to calls, payouts, app issues, performance, and account-related queries.
- Follow up with inactive or low-performing partners and encourage them to improve activity.
- Explain performance metrics such as online duration, call duration, chat count, and One Score.
- Assist partners in improving call duration, retention, and overall performance.
- Conduct training and guidance calls for new and existing partners.
- Handle escalation calls and provide proper resolutions.
- Share campaign details, rewards, incentives, and meeting information with partners.
- Maintain proper call remarks, follow-up records, and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and operational updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned call targets and operational tasks.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and basic English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
