Customer Support Executive (CSE) – MyRx
Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
About the Role
MyRx is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive (CSE) to manage day-to-day ground-level operations and support business coordination activities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent graduates to build a career in healthcare technology operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and field coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and operational records.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams via email and WhatsApp.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and email.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements
- Laptop is mandatory (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device Policy).
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Kokapet.
