Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) – Inside Sales who can own the full sales cycle: outbound calling to leads, discovery, proposal/quotation, negotiation, and closing deals (including collecting the first payment). This is a target-driven role with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Call inbound/outbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
Run discovery calls to understand business goals, pain points, and requirements
Pitch DigiBoffins services: websites, web/app development, AI/automation, digital growth solutions
Create and share proposals/quotations (using our templates), define scope, timelines, and deliverables
Negotiate pricing and terms within approved limits and close deals
Coordinate handover to the delivery team with clear requirements and expectations
Maintain accurate updates in CRM/Sheet: lead status, notes, next steps, follow-up schedule
Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, email to drive decisions and reduce drop-offs
Track and report daily activity and weekly pipeline/revenue progress
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years experience in inside sales / BDE / tele-sales in B2B services
Proven ability to close deals (not just generate leads)
Strong communication in English + Hindi (spoken); professional WhatsApp/email writing
Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and follow-up discipline
Ability to understand and sell IT services (websites/apps/marketing/automation) at a practical level
Comfortable working with targets, CRM, and structured sales process
Good to Have
Experience selling digital marketing / agency services / SaaS / IT services
Familiarity with HubSpot/Zoho CRM, proposal tools, basic Excel/Sheets reporting
Understanding of website funnels, SEO basics, ads, automation, AI tools
KPIs / Performance Metrics
Monthly revenue closed (primary KPI)
Deals closed + average ticket size
Lead → meeting conversion rate
Proposal → close conversion rate
Follow-up SLA and CRM hygiene
Compensation
Fixed + performance incentives (commission on revenue collected)
Exact structure based on experience and closing performance in the interview
