We are seeking applications for the position of Mechanical Engineer in various cities across India.
Missions/Main Duties:

Plan, review, and supervise mechanical engineering aspects of the Urban Water Metro Project.

Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment associated with water metro infrastructure.

Monitor and manage remotely operated machinery, mechanical assets, and automated systems used in terminals, jetties, pontoons, and operational facilities.

Ensure reliability, availability, and operational efficiency of mechanical equipment and systems.

Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for project assets.

Review mechanical designs, technical specifications, equipment selection, and contractor submissions.

Assess lifecycle costs, maintenance requirements, and performance standards for mechanical systems.

Coordinate with electrical, civil, structural, marine, and operations teams for integrated project implementation.

Support development of asset management plans and maintenance manuals.

Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and safety.

Assist in procurement, evaluation, and inspection of mechanical equipment and systems.

Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and industry best practices.

Prepare technical reports, maintenance plans, performance assessments, and project documentation.
Profile/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant specialization.

Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience in mechanical engineering, machinery systems, equipment operation, maintenance, and asset management.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the operation, monitoring, control, maintenance, and management of remotely operated machinery and mechanical systems.
