We are seeking experienced and passionate Technology Trainers to design and deliver high-quality technical training programs across a range of in-demand technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on industry experience, hold recognized technology certifications, and demonstrate the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering instructor-led training, creating engaging learning content, mentoring learners, and ensuring participants develop practical, job-ready skills aligned with current industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions on one or more major technology domains.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, presentations, lab exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and real-world project-based learning sessions.
- Mentor learners through technical challenges and career development.
- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, quizzes, projects, and practical assessments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, product updates, and industry best practices.
- Prepare learners for globally recognized certification examinations.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and technical teams to improve course quality.
- Provide feedback on course effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
- Maintain training documentation, attendance records, and learner progress reports.
- Support pre-sales or client discussions by providing technical expertise when required.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to learners with varying levels of experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
