Job Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented and organized professionals to join our Email Support & Back Office Operations team. The role involves handling customer communications through email, maintaining records, processing requests, and ensuring smooth backend operations while adhering to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle back-office operational tasks and data management activities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Process customer requests and documentation as per defined procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of queries.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in all assigned tasks.
- Meet productivity and service-level expectations.
Eligibility CriteriaOption 1
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
Salary: ₹19,000 In-Hand per month
Option 2
- Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of Back Office or Email Support experience.
OR
- HSC (12th Pass) with a minimum of 2 years of Back Office or Email Support experience.
Salary: ₹16,000 In-Hand per month
Required Skills
- Good written communication and email drafting skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with good coordination abilities.
