Core Responsibilities
Bill Preparation: Generate client Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and subcontractor invoices based on project progress Site
Measurements: Record and verify physical site dimensions in the Measurement Book (MB) against engineering drawings.
Material Reconciliation: Track structural material consumption (like cement and steel) against theoretical estimates to control wastage Bar
Bending Schedule (BBS): Evaluate and certify detailed reinforcement schedules to clear steel billing components.
Rate Analysis: Calculate price structures for extra, non-scheduled items outside the initial contract.
Contract Monitoring: Review the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and crosscheck work progress with tender agreements.
Key Skills Required
Technical Proficiencies: Expert mastery of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems like SAP.
Document Interpretation: Ability to read complex architectural layouts, structural designs, and commercial tender contracts.
Financial Precision: Strong analytical skills to execute complex arithmetic, cost estimations, and budget tracking.
Conflict Resolution: Professional communication skills to negotiate and settle payment disputes with clients or vendors.
Eligibility Criteria
Criteria Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Typically ranges from 1–3 years for junior positions to 5+ years for senior engineering tracks.
Knowledge Base Clear understanding of localized regional schedules of rates.
Pay: ₹325,698.44 - ₹510,015.36 per year
