Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Referral Marketing to build and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and healthcare partners to increase patient referrals and business growth for the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop referral networks with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Generate patient referrals and support revenue growth
- Conduct regular field visits and relationship-building activities
- Organize doctor meets, CMEs, and corporate engagement programs
- Build corporate and insurance/TPA tie-ups
- Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth patient experience
- Track referral performance and prepare reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred
- 5+ years of experience in hospital marketing/referral marketing
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations
- Malayalam & English proficiency preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
