We are currently hiring candidates for Order Processing Executive at our company
Job Location : Sanjan, Umbergram, Gujrat
Candidate must have 2 + years of experience
Qualification Required: Any Graduate
Job Description:
- Providing status of finished goods stock details to Sales person / Customer/ Distributor via phone/mail.
- To Block the material for which order is confirmed after receipt from production for future order requirement by the Customer/Warehouse.
- Preparation of P.I of confirmed Order.
- Confirming with CCD Team for received payment before processing of Order.
- To do order process activity of Customer/Warehouse where material is required to be dispatched from Factory/Sanajn.
- Coordination with Sanjan/Bhiwandi Dispatch Team for dispatch schedule or material from Factory to customer / Warehouse.
- Provide dispatch details (DC & Invoice copy) via mail to the concerned after dispatch effected from Factory.
- Any other responsibility assign by senior.
