Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and increase sales for our web development, graphic design, branding, digital marketing, mobile application, and software development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, networking, and referrals.
- Identify potential clients requiring website development, e-commerce solutions, branding, graphic design, SEO, digital marketing, ERP/CRM solutions, and mobile app development.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Follow up with prospects until deal closure.
- Coordinate with the technical and design teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills

- Good understanding of websites, WordPress, e-commerce, branding, and digital marketing services.
- Ability to identify client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Experience selling web development, software, or digital marketing services is an advantage.

- Generate a minimum number of qualified leads each day.
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a high client follow-up and conversion rate.
