Job Purpose
To repair and restore damaged vehicle body panels and structural components by carrying out dent removal, panel replacement and body alignment work, ensuring vehicles meet Mahindra's quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess body repair requirements.
- Perform dent removal, panel beating, straightening and reshaping of damaged body panels.
- Replace damaged panels and body components when repairs are not feasible.
- Carry out body alignment using approved tools and equipment.
- Weld, cut, grind and repair metal body parts as required.
- Coordinate with the Paint Technician to ensure vehicles are ready for painting.
- Follow repair procedures and quality standards prescribed by Mahindra.
- Use body repair tools, hydraulic equipment and measuring instruments safely.
- Ensure all repairs are completed within the specified turnaround time.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of tools, equipment and the work area.
- Report any additional vehicle damage identified during repairs to the supervisor.
- Follow all workplace safety practices and company policies.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
