JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of the spare parts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, ensuring the availability of genuine spare parts, coordinating with the service and sales teams, maintaining stock accuracy, and providing excellent customer support while maximizing parts sales and operational efficiency.+

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the daily operations of the spare parts department. Maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure parts availability. Monitor stock movement, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Receive, inspect, store, and issue spare parts as per company procedures. Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely availability of parts for vehicle repairs. Process spare parts orders and follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of stock transactions using the Dealer Management System (DMS). Identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of spare parts. Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts availability and pricing. Achieve monthly parts sales and inventory performance targets. Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety procedures. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.
