Job Overview: This is a remote (Work from Home Job Role),
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Lifecycle Coordinator to manage and coordinate the end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring projects progress smoothly from planning through successful product launch.
- Manage multiple product SKUs simultaneously and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other business verticals to meet launch timelines.
- Track project milestones, identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Advanced Excel to support business decisions and project governance.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana to plan, monitor, and manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitate effective communication across teams, and ensure seamless execution of product-related initiatives.
- Manage multiple product SKUs, and ensure timely product launches while maintaining accurate reporting and project tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing product lifecycles, end-to-end product management, product launches, and handling multiple SKUs.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Advanced Excel functions, MIS reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and reporting automation.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms, along with excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
