We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (F) who can provide excellent support to our clients and ensure a smooth customer experience. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and can handle queries professionally, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Chat.
- Assist customers with service-related questions and provide timely solutions.
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects and updates.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Email, MS Office, and Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience 0 to 2 Years
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Client Servicing, or Customer Care will be an added advantage
