Job Role: HR Executive

.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Handle onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- handle in payroll , attendance, and leave management
- Handle training and development programs
- Handle in performance management documentation
- Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks
- Handle HR policies and compliance activities
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (BBA), or related field
- Strong HR Knowledge
- Practical Industry Experience( 1+ Year)
- Training and Communication Skill
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
