Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead consulting assignments focused on Business Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Organizational Growth.
- Drive client business growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective growth initiatives.
- Ensure successful delivery of consulting projects by achieving defined short-term milestones and long-term business objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of consultants assigned to client projects, ensuring timely execution and achievement of project KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with Directors, CXOs, and senior leadership teams to understand business challenges and align strategic initiatives.
- Analyze client businesses to identify gaps, growth opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.
- Design and develop comprehensive Business Growth Strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of growth strategies through both on-site and remote engagement models.
- Provide solutions to complex business, operational, sales, and marketing challenges using a structured problem-solving approach.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to support strategic recommendations.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Facilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and review meetings with key stakeholders.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure continued engagement and business success.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, quality delivery, and measurable business results.
- Prepare and present business insights, strategic recommendations, and progress reports to clients and leadership teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, frameworks, and best practices within the organization.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
