*Hiring: Accountant & Admin Assistant- Muscat Oman

*Open positions*
1. *Accountant*
- Track daily sales, expenses, and staff commissions
- Manage invoices, VAT records, and monthly reports
- Handle payroll and supplier payments
- Experience with software, QuickBooks, or Excel required
2. *Admin Assistant*
- Manage client appointments, calls, and WhatsApp bookings
- Handle inventory, stock orders, and vendor follow-up
- Maintain client database and feedback records
- Reception duties + basic cash handling

*Requirements for both roles*
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical company preferred
- Strong Excel, computer, and communication skills
- Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus
