Role Overview
The HRBP Senior Manager will partner with business leaders to manage the end-to-end people agenda across the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, performance, engagement, policy implementation, employee relations, and HR governance. The role requires a hands-on HR leader who can balance employee experience with business priorities, compliance, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, people risks, productivity needs, and talent priorities.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, role changes, performance cycles, exits, and documentation.
- Drive implementation of HR policies, SOPs, code of conduct, workplace discipline, and employee communication.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, misconduct cases, investigations, disciplinary communication, and resolution documentation.
- Support manpower planning, retention actions, absenteeism control, engagement, and manager effectiveness initiatives.
- Work with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compliance, L&D, Total Rewards, and HR Operations teams to ensure timely closure of employee matters.
- Review HR dashboards and people metrics such as attrition, headcount, attendance, performance, grievances, and engagement actions.
- Coach managers on people decisions, performance conversations, policy interpretation, and conflict handling.
- Maintain audit-ready HR records and ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and internal governance requirements.
- Contribute to culture-building, internal communication, employee listening, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM / Master's degree in HR preferred; graduate degree with strong HR experience may be considered.
- 8–12 years of HR experience, including HRBP, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or HR Operations exposure.
- Experience in service delivery, healthcare, BPM/BPO, RCM, ITES, financial services, or similar people-intensive environments preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage employee matters with maturity and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Strong HRBP and employee relations capability.
- Good understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, documentation, and workplace discipline.
- Ability to analyse people metrics and convert insights into action.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comfort with HRMS, Excel, dashboards, trackers, and HR reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and close actions within timelines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
