Role description
The SAP Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading all phases of a SAP support project The role requires experience in designing configuring and managing complex business processes to ensure successful project delivery The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the scope budget timeline resources and risk of the SAP implementation project They will need to work with various functional and technical teams both internal and external to ensure that the project is successful Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets for SAP implementation projects Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met Manage a team of technical and business resources to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget Create and maintain project documentation such as project plans requirements design specifications and test plans Manage and track project risks issues and changes Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Lead the development and implementation of business process models and flows Demonstrate a working knowledge of SAP technologies and processes Analyze customer needs and design SAP solutions to meet those needs Provide training and support to end users during and after implementation Skills Project Management experience 8 to 12 years Knowledge of SAP ERP and related technologies Excellent problem solving and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work with cross functional teams Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
