Helix Architech is a premium Architectural Visualization Studio based in Pune. We create high-end 3D renders, walkthrough animations, interactive experiences, and marketing visuals for architects, builders, developers, and real estate brands across India and internationally.
We're looking for our first Business Development Executive who will play a key role in growing our client base and helping establish Helix Architech as a leading visualization partner.
Role Overview
This is a relationship-driven sales role.
You will identify potential clients, build relationships, schedule meetings, conduct client visits, and convert opportunities into projects.
Your primary target clients will include:
- Architects & Architectural Firms
- Real Estate Developers & Builders
- Real Estate Marketing Agencies
- Interior Design Firms
- PMC & Design Consultants

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through online research, referrals, networking and outbound outreach.
- Contact architects, developers and marketing agencies via phone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings for company presentations.
- Visit client offices across Pune and nearby cities when required.
- Build long-term relationships with decision makers.
- Present Helix Architech's services professionally.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Follow up consistently until projects are awarded.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events and industry meetings.
- Achieve monthly meeting and revenue targets.
Preferred Candidate
- 2–5 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, Property Marketing or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Confident personality with excellent presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of architecture or construction industry is a plus.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.

Salary
- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)
