Job Responsibilities:
● Assist in recruitment and candidate screening.
● Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
● Support onboarding and employee documentation.
● Maintain employee records and HR databases.
● Assist in employee engagement and HR operations activities.
Requirements:
● Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/MBA in HR.
● Good communication and organizational skills.
● Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
● Proficiency in MS Office.

Stipend & Benefits
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month (depending on knowledge, skills, and interview
performance)
