Position Overview
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Sr. Sales Executive / Sales Executive for the Hyderabad market. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, developing dealer and distributor networks, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with clients.
- Visit customer sites regularly to promote company products.
- Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of field sales and market development.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Knowledge of dealer/distributor handling.
- Familiarity with the Hyderabad market will be an added advantage.
Eligibility CriteriaFor Sales Executive
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales.
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates from building material, plywood, laminate, hardware, paint, or related industries.
Additional Requirements
- Candidate should be comfortable with field travel.
- Must possess good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
