Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing dealers and distributors, promoting INDOOR Group products, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in hardware, construction materials, industrial products, building materials, fasteners, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable interacting with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and business customers.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Customer follow-up conversion rate.
- Dealer/distributor onboarding.
- Monthly sales support targets achieved.
- Customer satisfaction levels.
- NO SALES TARGET.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
