About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to connect with schools, principals, coordinators, and management teams to promote our Robotics, AI, Skill Development, Design Thinking, and STEM Lab solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling meetings, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schools, principals, and decision-makers.
- Introduce the company's educational solutions and lab setup services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with schools through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand school requirements and suggest suitable lab solutions.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel.
- Build strong relationships with school management and stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to close business opportunities.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident in speaking with principals, directors, and school management.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, or EdTech sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- Number of calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Meetings scheduled with schools.
- Proposal/quotation opportunities created.
- Revenue generated through conversions.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives.
- Additional incentives for meeting and business conversion targets.

A candidate who enjoys speaking with people, can confidently engage with school decision-makers, and has the ability to convert prospects into business opportunities for Robotics, AI, STEM, Skill Development, and Design Thinking Lab setups.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
