About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Digital Collections to lead and optimize digital collections strategies while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital collections, recoveries, and credit operations within the Banking, Fintech, or NBFC sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective digital collections and recovery strategies.
- Manage end-to-end collection operations to improve recovery performance.
- Monitor collection metrics, analyze trends, and implement process improvements.
- Work with collection dialers, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms to maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and collection efficiency.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Collections, Recoveries, Credit Operations, Banking, Fintech, or NBFCs.
- Strong understanding of digital collection strategies and collection lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with collection dialers, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of collections compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
