The product we specialize in are Poultry, Grains, Sugar, Edible Oils and Metals. We are seeking a dynamic Export Manager to lead our international business expansion across these product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Export Market Development & Launch
- Identify and evaluate new international markets for our food products
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new country launches
- Appoint and manage mandates, suppliers, channel partners, and importers
- Ensure product-market fit across pricing, packaging, regulatory compliance, and positioning
2. Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve export sales targets and profitability goals across all product categories
- Drive primary and secondary sales internationally
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
- Expand product presence across modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels globally
3. Export Operations & Compliance
- Handle end-to-end documentation: LOI, FCO ICPO, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin
- Coordinate with logistics, CHA, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and country-specific norms for food products
- Monitor order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines
4. Regulatory & Relationship Management
- Ensure adherence to labeling, certification requirements like FDA, FSSAI, Halal, Organic as per market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international seller, distributors and partners
- Represent company at international trade fairs and B2B meetings
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements
5. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing teams
- Provide demand forecasts and and sourcing inputs
Key Skills & Competencies:
2-3 years experience in exports with mandatory exposure to launching & scaling new international markets
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, logistics, and compliance for food products
- Experience in exporting food products poultry, rice, grains, sugar, spices, condiments preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with execution excellence
- Ability to work across multiple geographies and cultures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing
- MBA in International Business preferred
- Certification in Export-Import Management is an added advantage
Preferred Industry Exposure:
Traditional Indian Food Products - Experience in Middle East, China, US, Africa, Southeast Asia, or Europe markets preferred.

- Order fulfillment efficiency and compliance adherence
