Job Title: Home-Based Preschool Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, creative, and dedicated Home-Based Preschool Teacher to provide early childhood education in a home environment. The teacher will plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development while ensuring a safe and nurturing atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging preschool learning activities.
- Teach basic concepts such as letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and early literacy skills.
- Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, and play-based learning.
- Support children's social and emotional development.
- Monitor and record children's progress and share updates with parents.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Foster positive behavior and good learning habits.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, Degree, or Certification in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 2–6 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to create customized lesson plans.
- Basic first-aid knowledge.
- Experience with home tutoring or one-on-one teaching.
Working Conditions:
- Teaching conducted in a home setting.
- Flexible schedule based on family requirements.
- May involve teaching individual children or small groups.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
