Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Proven experience in a CRM or customer service-related role, preferably in
an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact
with clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to quickly resolve customer complaints and
operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
