Hello Power Private Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated Project Engineer (Solar) with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and project coordination while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects from planning to commissioning.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports.
- Supervise installation of solar panels, inverters, MMS, AC/DC cabling, earthing, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Handle testing, commissioning, synchronization, and net-metering activities.
- Prepare project documentation, daily progress reports, and handover documents.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Solar EPC project execution.
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems, HT/LT electrical works, SLDs, and AutoCAD.
- Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related discipline.
