Job Title: Quality Analyst
Location: Janakpuri East, New Delhi

Shift Timings : 6:00am to 3:00pm (Monday to Friday)
6:00pm to 12:00pm ( Saturday).
Pickup facility will be provided.
We are hiring for a Call Quality Analyst.
Aussie Energy experienced quality analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate and auditing inbound calls.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
- Maintain quality assurance standards and compliance.
- Prepare call analysis reports and share insights with the management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong listening skills.
- Proficiency in Excel & Word.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
